    At Four Puffin, we assure you of the utmost satisfaction by offering a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all our products. For up to 14 days after making a purchase, you can return your product and get a full refund of the amount you have paid. The only condition is that the product is completely intact OR at least 90% unused.


    To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, here are the necessary conditions that must be fulfilled:

    • Products can only be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Four Puffin does not accept responsibility for any product that has exceeded this time condition.
    • The contents of a returned product must be at least 90% intact to qualify for a refund.
    • Four Puffin would not assume the shipping costs of returning a product, defective or otherwise.
    • Under no condition are shipping costs refundable. If a returned product does qualify for a refund, Four Puffin can only refund the original cost of the product and not the shipping costs.
    • To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in the original packaging provided by Four Puffin at delivery.
    • Four Puffin reserves the right to refuse a refund for questionable products upon the inspection of rejected merchandise. Four Puffin is not obligated to provide a refund for returned products that do not meet all the conditions set forth above.

    Four Puffin offers free shipping on orders above $100. 

    However, all orders under $100 attract a flat shipping fee of $8. For express shipping, all orders would attract a flat fee of $25.

    Kindly note that Four Puffin is not responsible for postal service delays.

    We have a fast delivery protocol to ensure that your orders are shipped as soon as possible without delay.

    • Orders placed by 3 pm MST on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will ship the same day! Orders placed after 3 pm MST on weekdays will ship the next business day.
    • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will ship on Monday.
    • We can ship to Canada for a flat shipping fee of $25.

    Kindly note that we can’t reship products that have already been marked ‘delivered’ and do not have signature tracking activated on their order.

    If a customer’s product does not arrive, even though the tracking information says ‘delivered’, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim to ensure an expedited reship process in any circumstance – tracking related, or other USPS issues.


    We are sorry. At this time Four Puffin does not deliver outside of North America. However, we plan to expand our customer base in the future to reach more people. Thank you for understanding.


    We inspect every rejected product and afterward send the customer an email to notify them of receipt of the rejected product and whether a refund has been approved or rejected.

    If your refund gets approved, it would be immediately processed and we would send your settlement amount to your credit card or your original payment method within a few days.
